Dream interpretation! please help!?

my mom had a dream that she surprised my dad with a trip to the moon. She wasn't going but all there friends were going to the moon with him. And they were all celebrating at our house before they went and my mom was trying to cook these appetizers but everyone was already there. Then someone walked up to her and was like we have an extra seat to go to the moon so we want u to come!! At first she was like that's totally fine and going along with it but then she started freaking out and she wouldn't go. what does this dream mean??? she often has weird dreams that make her really stressed. please help!
