Why do i puke when i poop?

this happened to me last month too, i thought i ate way to fast or too much. I woke up today, got a drink, smoked a cigarette same thing i do every morning. Than i had to poop not long after that, i went to the bathroom pooped everything was fine, than not to long after that i got these really bad bubble cramps i went back to the bathroom i couldnt poop so i saty there for a minute i got real hot and felt like i had to throw up so i started pooping and i threw up twice , after that i came and laid down and about a half hr later the same thing happened only i didnt puke as much just a little bit, i am not on my period which i should be soon cus my hurt usually a week or 2 before i get it, could this be something wrong wit me during ovulation, or what? please help, i have no health insurance yet been working on it, but it takes time when u dont have a great job.. please no negative feedback, if u leave it, that just shows u have nvr been through anything like this and u dont understand.
