How is it that so many people seem to be having issues with the Ubuntu 9.04 Final Release See more below?

I have had the final release since it came out also, and have yet to find any issues with it. My thinking is that people maybe are dual booting and didn't do so properly, or perhaps they haven't gotten the proper proprietary drivers if necessary?? those are the only reasons I can think of
