Should Traffic Wardens/Councils Uplift Non-Obstructing Vehicles?

What it wants is for someone with a heavy duty wrecker truck to hook THEIR vehicles up whilst left unattended ( engine running ) & drag those off the road. I have the licence -- just waiting for the opportunity! In answer to the last part - What do you think ? Motorists are easier pickings than employing more police to catch criminals
