What does this mean when your guyfriend does this?

Ok our school had a mock election so we had an embly in the gym to see who won for our school. Anyway the whole time my guyfriend kept on tickling me which everybody that knows me knows that im extremely ticklish. Then i feel his hand on my leg. I didn't really think anything about it till the point where it ped at least a minute or so and then i just gave him a weird look and he quickly removed it. After that he just scooted away from me and kept away from me which before the incident we were sitting pretty close.
