TTC...Can you help me, Maybe next time (very detailed), Did this happen to you?

My Period is seriously like clockwork every month, I get it exactly every 24 days for 4 days. This time I was getting all of the symptoms, every single one and my period was 4 days late. I was for sure I was pregnant. We did the baby-dance the day before the day of and the day after my ovulation. I got every symptom in the book; nausea, back ack, frequent urination(not a uti, i only had to pee every 5 seconds, no pain), raised bbt, constant headaches, sore , face broken out like crazy. I got little cramps off and on before my expected period which i never get. And no AF to be seen. Every time AF comes I get excruciating cramps on the day of and a very heavy flow, then the last 3 days get lighter and lighter till it's just spotting. This month the day came and she was no where to be seen, so I thought it was time. I took the 5 hpts and they speak the truth they all said negative. I thought I got a faint positive but it must have been my eyes playing tricks on me. I got my period 4 days late not sure why and its acting weird. I am very curious why it was late and we have been TTC for a year now and it's never done that before. Now I say its acting weird because it was late and the first i thought it was spotting but then allot more came out, I also did not get my clic rolling in pain cramps day of. And I did not need my supers because it was just a little less than regular flow. I know thats alot of information but I wanted to give you all the details. I know I should go to my doctor to find out what's wrong. But I wanted to see if this had happened to anyone and they ended up being pregnant? If this is something similar that happened to you and you know what's wrong with me? Also if you have any TTC advise for me? Thank you all for your help and ******BABY DUST******* to all TTC
