Why would the indian come out in our kids and not my sister's or brother's?

Ok, my grandfather is half indian, Cherokee, and on my dad's side my great great grandfather married Chief Sitting Bull's daughter, so my dad is partial indian too. My husband has Inuit & Finnish in him, but I am Dutch mostly.....I thought hte indian would only affect my mom, it didn't affect any of us kids, or my sister's, or my oldest son, but my youngest who is only 4 months old has almond shaped eyes like the Inuit or Cherokee and high cheek bones but blue eyes and light skin, is this normal? (btw, my husband and I were virgins when we married and have never cheated on each other so NO there is no possibility of other men being the father.)
