What can i do for my best friend whos pregnant?

my bestfriend is only fourteen and just found out shes pregnant from a boy thats 21. she called me and she is crying hysterically. please help me, i dont know what do do for her..or how to help her. i want to do the right thing because if i were in her situation i would want my friends to care! please help me! :( i dont know what to say or do..
