Q. why hasn't kobe done charity work, get involved in helping people and show he is not a prima donna?

why can't the lakers trade him? they know he is killing their fanbase. i have a notion that no team wants the baggage he would bring. what do you think? do you simply think winning will make him popular with a majority of basketball fans? what do you think?
