My bestfriend thinks she had a miscarriage?

i have had one before but i was 7 weeks pregnant when my happends shes 3 weeks at tha most but her period came 6 days early and shes been having a lot of bleeding and sayed when she she used tha bathroom a extreamly small squishy looken ball came out. i dont know what to tell her or how to help her we dont want her aunt to find out please tell me what i can do to help her
