Can i lose 10 pounds in 1 month?

I'm 16, 5'11", and weigh around 140 pounds. I'd like to lose 10 pounds. I know i'm not fat i just feel really sludgy and squishy lately and me jeans are getting a little tight :\ If I eat only about 1300 calories a day and either go for a run or work out at the gym for 30mins - 1 hour a day, for about a month, do you think i can lose the weight? Or is it necessary to do more?
