Can i join the army with a minor record?

im curently going to court for a larceny charge.my freind had done something and put the blame on me so im taken this to trial cause there trying to give me 6 months jail time but i wanted to join the army before this happened so this set me back.ive been arrested 2 other times before this once for weed i was smokin in a park they hit me with child endangerment i got a 120 dollar fine and the other is jumping the turn style in the subway.i ddint want to go to the recruter without getting opions from people weather or not ill still be able to get in.i have a family and my son is alsmot 2 so i wanted to take advantage of what the army has to offer.do u think ill still be able to join when i finish my court case??
