Things to do in North Devon with 4 kids if it's not beach weather?

We're off at the end of July for a couple of weeks and had planned on a lovely beach holiday in Croyde with the kids....not looking likely with the weather the way it is!!! Ideas and suggestions for wet weather days out would be great. The youngest is 3 and eldest 11.
