Has anyone purchased the winie the pooh travel swing from toys r us?

the one ive got doesnt swing very fast and has a really loud motor. also the controls are back to front with fast swinging slower than slow! the manager says that she has tested another and thats the way its supposed to work. just wondered if any one else had one and could tell me how theres works!
