16th birthday party: costs?

i want to have a big party for my 16th. no, i don't mean like the parties you see on my super sweet sixteen, im not going THAT over board. i just want to rent out a nice place that could hold 150+ people, a bar with softdrinks, and a dj. approximately how much do you think that'd be? and should i also get cake and food, or no?
