Do you close your eyes while the dentist is working over you?

While the dentist is working over me I keep my eyes closed as not to look into his, it just freaks me out. Also when the da is working on me I keep eyes closed as for her not to think I am staring at her . Do you do that? Or are you one of those people in those fields? If so do you appreciate when we the patient keep our eyes closed to remain discrete?
