I love it! I hadn't heard the Surrealism quote before. If you really want to know what it means, look at the definitions of each type of political rule as a parody of what it is really like to live in that type of regime, it's quite accurate!. The surrealism bit has nothing to do with politics, but art - but never mind as it's funny, although it does confuse the issue.
